1. Not an emergency service

We do not provide emergency care. In an emergency, call 000 (or 112 from a mobile), or go to your nearest hospital Emergency Department. For crisis support, call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

2. General information only

The content on this website, including the FAQ, blog and podcast, is general information about natural medicine. It is not a diagnosis or personal health advice, and it does not replace a consultation. A practitioner-patient relationship only begins once you book and attend a consultation with us.

3. Who we are

Our practitioners are naturopaths and medical herbalists. We do not diagnose disease in the medical sense or prescribe pharmaceutical medicines. We encourage you to keep a GP and to tell all your health providers about everything you take.

4. Your treatment

Results vary from person to person, and no outcome is guaranteed.
Do not stop or change any prescribed medicine without talking to the doctor who prescribed it.
Herbal and nutritional medicines can cause side effects and interact with other medicines. Tell us about all medicines, supplements, allergies and any pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Telehealth has limits. If you need a physical examination or urgent tests, we will refer you on.

5. Bookings, fees and cancellations

Fees are shown on our website and confirmed when you book through Halaxy. Prescription and testing costs are separate and will be explained before anything is ordered.

6. Reviews and testimonials

Reviews shown on this site are from real patients, reproduced without editing. They reflect individual experiences and do not mean you will get the same result.

7. Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on general website content without a consultation. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
