How do I book a Consultation?
To book a consultation, you must first have a health assessment, this is a free of charge service designed to ensure you are getting the correct treatment, discuss functional testing and that your treating practitioner will have all the required information about your health needs. After your Initial Health Assessment, the practitioner will then book in your Initial Health Consultation to begin treatment.
Do you offer online consultations?
Yes, all of our consultations are conducted via telehealth. Your Initial Health Assessment or Acute Care Consultations are a quick (typically 15 minute) phone conversation. Then, your Initial/Follow-up Health Consultations are conducted using encrypted video telehealth.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Many health insurance providers do cover natural medicine. However, this may be an extra add on coverage. It is best to request this information from your health insurance provider directly.
Do you provide emergency care?
No. As natural medicine practitioners we are not physicians. We provide acute care for sudden onset illness and injury, but emergency care should always be accessed via a hospitals Emergency Department or by calling 000 (or 112 from a mobile)
Can I get preventive health check-ups?
Absolutely. You do not need to be ill or injured to request our services. Optimal health is more than just not being ill. We encourage people seeking preventative care to book with us to assist in maintaining or achieving optimal health.
